This family has migrated from Spain, Texas, Southern New Mexico into Northern New Mexico.

Gilberto Morales, Jr. is a retired military officer; breveted to Luitenant Colonel and retired in 1996. Currently he is a high school counselor and musician.

Debra Morales is a bookkeeper and mother of two wonderful children; Marti and Gilbert III.

Marti is in graduate school majoring in biology. She has travelled extensively to include Africa and China.

Gilbert III, is a college senior who plans to attend Stanford Law School. He attended TEC in Guadalajara, Mexico and is fluent in Spanish.
