On Maternal Grandfather's side it has been traced back to the 1600's, by my Great-Aunt (Alberta) Sylvia Pond Parish, his sister. His name was NATHAN "ALTON" POND. That side is basically done as far as I know. Will enter that info when she sends it to me.
On Maternal Grandmother's MOTHER's side there is not much in the way of family connections ever kept. The 6 sisters(Mary, Velma, Mina, Zoe, Leta, & Hazel) had a "fued" going for 30+ years and did not keep in contact with my side in any form. Names I do know are GGranma's parents: WILLIAM HUGH & MAY CLARK ALLEN CAMPBELL. They lived in CUSTER,SD., where LETA BELL(my great-granma) & Hazel ? were born. The last two children. Her (may's) father was PHILO B. CAMPBELL, MD. We think her mother's name was ROXANN, unknown maiden name. I do know of one living relative from that side. Leta's older sister, VELMA BLANCH CAMPBELL SPRAGUE CHAMBERLAIN, only child, his name is MARION "HUGH" SPRAGUE. He still lives in SD. He also does not know how to contact any family.
On Paternal Grandparents side nothing solid as of yet, stories of family coming from England. Father's name: Daniel John Clinch, son of William Henry(1910-1981) and Dorothy Theresa (maiden?) Clinch. They had a total of 9 children, all born in NY.
So as you can tell I am still just starting out on the family tree.
