I am one of 7 Mulhern living children, offspring of John Gerard Mulhern and Mary Mulhern (nee Sanitate). My father, John (1/11/1928 - 10/16/1997) was the oldest of six children, born to Daniel Mulhern c. 1900 - 1963 and Helen Mulhern (nee McMichael). The other children are Mary Teodecki, Margaret Labadie, Peter Mulhern, Daniel Mulhern (d. 1962?), Peter Mulhern -- all of the Detroit area, and Helen Ernst of Minneapolis, MN.
My understanding is that Daniel Mulhern emigrated to America from Manchester, England. He was born in Ireland.
