Various branches of my family tree originated from both the United States and Europe. The Forrester's came from Mayo County, Ireland and spread to Ontario Canada and Northeastern United States. The Shepherd's from Southwestern Ontario married into the Gailbraith family of the Northeastern States. The Shepherd family has many members in the area of London, Ontario.
My Great Grand Parents (Forrester) adopted their 2 girls from Southwestern Ontaro, Canada. Cora Ethel Furness born March 24, 1909 in St. Mary's Ontario Canada became Elinore Price Forrester. Family stories mention that she had many siblings that are so far lost to her adopted relatives. Marjorie Forrester's birth name is unknown. Their adoptive Mother, Jessie MaGee Forrester has many relatives in the area of Wyoming County, New York.
