I am beginning my family research via the internet as of the following day: May 14, 2003. I have done a considerable amount of research prior to this date through Alabama Archives and History and by receiving information from family members. My research indicates that the first Musick arrived in Virginia in the year of 1629. I have one brother, Horise Musick (deceased), four sisters, Alma Adell Musick White (Eufaula, Alabama), Shirley Jean Musick Taunton (deceased), Minnie Ruth Musick Cantry (Colombus, Ohio),and Linda Gail Musick Huey (Montgomery, Alabama). My father is Almon Daniel Musick (deceased), mother is Velma Arline Hammock Musick (deceased). I have five children, Debra Arlene Musick Wynn (Alabaster, Alabama), Marcus Marion Musick (Loxley, Alabama), Kevin Marion Musick (Montgomery, Alabama), Michael Cliff Musick (Montgomery, Alabama) and Lindsey Allison Musick (Montgomery, Alabama). Any information anyone may possess about the Musick Family Ancestory, regardless of location, will be greatly appreciated.
