This line of Drews migrated to the U.S. (Massachusettes) from England in the 1600s.At some point one of the Drews removed to New Hampshire; then Phineas Fogg Drew moved back to Massachusettes where he married Sally Taber in New Bedford. My gggrandfather John T. Drew was born there in about 1842. We are said to have ties to the Mayflower families, as well as, John Drew (the Actor).
