I believe that all of these spellings are possible related to each other.In my own direct family.I just received a delayed certificate of birth on my GGrandfather Lennie Knapp Nicely Sr. He was born at home and did not have a birth cert.The delayed cert. of birth was acquired to sigh up for social security.He spelled his name Niseley the Co. clerk typed the name Niceley.
