I am searching for my family from my dad's side. My father is William Allen Nipper. He had a brother, Warren Nipper, that passed away a few years ago. He was last living in FL where he was married with a son, Robert, and a daughter, Robin. He is currently in prison in Albion, PA. He has a sister in Cuy. Falls, OH but I do not know her name.
