About Our Family Research


I know my family left Sttughart Germany in the 1800s, and landed in North Carolina. My father is Eugene James Nix born in Arkansas in 1943. He was the only son of Eugene Preston Nix born in Arkansas around 1916. He was one of 6 brothers. Jimmy, Roy, Lou, Charles Lloyd. Their father was James Alfred Nix died around 1958-59. Supposedly he is the one who migrated from GE. The original name was Nixkomerosky (spelling) it is Black Dutch.
