My Mom is the daughter of two huge Metis lines
her dad was a Monkman and her mom is a Boucher!
I have been able to trace the Boucher line back to 794 ad..and I have discovered that they were the decendants of Charlemagne!
So too is half of this continent...but at least I can show you the path, thanks to the help of many that I have met along the way.
Gail Morin is the first who I will credit with thanks.She had given me a file dating back to 1470.
I have yet to type all the history Granny has given me.I have a book on the Bouchers and how they were beside Riel in battle.
