One side of my family has been traced back to around 1700.They were local people - Stroud, Stonehouse, Eastington, Leonard Stanley And Gloucester UK.. However other lines are proving a little more difficult. Having said that I have managed to locate a Great Uncle who lives in the next town.He is the brother of my Grandfather whom I have never met.This side, starting with my Grandfather, takes me to London and at some point during the 1800's to Prussia/Germany.
