Deckwa family descendents let's share info. The little I can trace of my family is to a William Deckwa born 1846 in Germany, married Sophie Ott in Elgin, Ill. Moved to Kansas. Children: Henry born 1872 (my great grandfather, married Minnie Peterson of Kansas, moved to Whittier, then Delhi, CA ) Ida m: Lang, Carl, Amelia m: Bartz or Hartz.

Minnie parents were Peter Peterson ( born in Sweden n 1840)and Susannah Redenbaugh. 13 children.

Minnie married to Henry 11 children born Whittier and Livingston/Delhi Cal. My grandmother was Edna Pearl Deckwa.
