This family search is dedicated to my Mother, Alice Jessup. Born in Letterkenney December 21st 1921, and passed away April 23 1996. I'm not sure I really ever knew her, but I don't want my children to forget her. Family was always important to Mother, I knew enough to know that if we were in trouble she was there, no matter what the circumstances. As a young child, I feared I would lose her, that she would go away and not come back, and I would never get to know her, how ironic as an adult, I had the opportunity to get to know her and never did. You always said, I would never know how much I would miss you until you were gone, well, Ma, I hate to say it, but, you were right.
I hope I do this search justice for you and that you approve of it. Neither I, or my children will ever not know who grammy was and is. ( I stuck that last bit in for my siblings, they think I'm just a tad strange).
Guide my hand Ma, and I promise to let you have the occasional word in edgewise.
