In July of 2000, our entire family went to Michigan, where Scott is originally from. We visited both sides of his family, and obtained a photo with a good partion of the O'Connor Clan, including a few photos of Grandma O'Connor (Shirley) with her 3 great grandchildren. The great grandchildren are our kids.
Grandma O'Connor died in October 2000, of (basically) emphysema.
We also visited the Mull side of Scott's side. While there, we also got photos of Grasndpa & Grandma Mull with their great grandchildren. Grandpa Mull died in August of 2000, due to congestive heart failure.
We went to New York a week before Michigan, in July 2000. It was a relaxing, yet uneventful trip, excepting the fact that Scott got to meet a few of Ellen's friends from prior to her moving to Las Vegas, where we are now.
