Looking for any and all information on John (Jack) O'Keeffe and Bridget O'Keeffe. They came from Doneraile, County Cork to Brisbane, Australia in the early 1920s. I am their grandson. They had children Joy, Charles, Michael Kevin and Seamus. John was in the British Army (Royal Munster) prior to emigrating to Australia. John was born in 1902 and Bridget in 1906. John died in Brisbane in 1968 and Bridget in Brisbane in 1972. John had two brothers Charles and James. One of those was a Catholic Priest. It is believed they lived in New York State in the USA. John and Bridget travelled to the USA in 1966 to visit the relatives. It is believed that the wife of one of the brothers died in a car accident just after John and Bridget returned to Australia.
