I am just beginning to research my family history. My paternal grand father used the last name of Erickson. My father had to use the name Okerhjelm which is is birth name. In Sweden the name is spelled Akerhjelm. I have been researching my mothers family also, which is traceable. If anyone can help me with the search of Okerhjelm{akerhjelm] it would be greatly appreciated.
