I was born in Detroit, 1966 to Raymond Francis Anthony O'Neill and wife Margaret. They seperated before I was born and soon after divorced. I've never met my father that I'm aware of, and though his records are not open due to mysterious circumstances, social securety lists him as deceased as of March 1988, at that time his death was reported but there are no records about where, why or exactly when his death occured, they apparently were notified of it at that time and they tell me his death may have been any time before or after March 1988 (and possibly not at all?). His records are not public due to unusual circumstances.
When I was notified of his apparent death, I was also notified that I have an older sister and two younger brothers (twins). Unfortunately, due to the privacy act, and circumstances of his records, SS could not release information to me about their names, birth dates or whereabouts.
The information I have about my father is very little, SS#129-28-1082, date of birth [03/27/1937], mother's name was Florence O'Neill, had 8 or 9 brothers and his mother was based in Freeport, Long Island NY in 1966 and later a resident of Roosevelt NY. Raymond was a welder by trade. One brother was named Arthure O'Neill and resided in St. Louis MO in '67.
Raymond's last address known to Social Security was Rio Vista CA in 1984 (general delivery address). At that time he requested Social Security Disabiltiy Benefits.
Any information about Raymond, his family and children, and medical records are desperately sought. I have had no additional leads since early 90's when I was made aware of his death (or disappearance), and all old leads run into brick walls.
