My great grand father was Joseph Lemuel O'Neal aka Lem born in Georgia about 1810. He married Mary Jane McCrory born in Tennessee in 1810. They lived in Calhoun County Mississippi during the Civel War.They had one son William Leroy O'Neal Sr.,bornDec 1, 1837, My grand father. O'Neal Sr. Married Sarah Carolina Robertson born July 11, 1845 in South Corolina. They raised a large family one of which was my father William Leray O'Neal Jr. born October 13, 1875 in Mississippi.
