If anybody could help us to research our family roots -
1. Johannes Houweling (Howling probably - I use the Russian transcription), that was born in 1789 - Amsterdam and arrived from there to Archangelsk, Russia in 1812, began to work, opened this own business, later married
2. Ermine (?) Santier. She was born in Archangelsk 26.11.1800 and died 9.12.1871
3. Charlotte & Dorothy Pets - (were born in 1831 &1822 - Archangelsk)
4. Caroline Routers - was born 1827
5. Brothers or sisters my grand grand mother - Julia: Herman, Emma, Adolfina, Andre, Caroline, Bertha, and Clara Houweling

Those Records obtained from local government's archive of city Archangelsk,
Russia, according to our request.
I give here my translation of the whole story:
Houweling – famous family of merchants, founder of it was Houweling Johannes, son of Simeon, merchant itself.
He arrived to Russia and to work in Dutch company “Garnet &Klefeler”, later had opened his own business, firstly the little one, then bigger.
Married with Herminie Pets, daughter of Hermann Santier (was born in 1773) and Dorothy-Elisabeth Pets.
Her grave still is at Lutheran cemetery.
Most famous from our family were Vilgelim (?) Houweling (was born in 22.05.1857 - Arhcangelsk and expired in1924 –Gamburg, Germany). He was a merchant and twice head of the Archangelsk local government – at 1895-1903 and 1913-1917 years, in 1917 year “temporary gubernator”, later local (Archangelsk) government commissar, director and co owner of the Kemsk forest manufactory industry plants (founded in 1881) , and from 1905 North forest manufactory industry plants “Surkov & Shergold”. He kept some of the civil posts – Head of Stock Committee, member of State Committee (kind of local government at some period), member of Archangelsk’s local Red Cross, Development of Russian North, judge, guardian of sailor’s school and etc.
After 1920 in emigration - must be Hamburg, because he died there.

Interested persons, and probably I’ll can widen search!
