Hello...I'm an Oathout!! I have been searching for my family tree for many years. am hoping that someone will have information on my Great/grandparents and their families>> My Father was Guy R. Oathout 1902-1982. His father Norman Justus Oathout. Norman was froma family of 4. Hiram/Elsie/Carrie. They lived in the Lowell/Beaver Dam/Dodge Co Wisconsin. I know Norman(maybe all the family) came to WI in 1864, from New York state, Montgemery Co. Norman & Hiram married two sisters, The Andrews', Evva Emaline & Ida. Norman's father was Abel W or J Oathout. His wife was Margrett A Patton/Patten. As I know it they are all from NY State. My father said Fonda/Bay of Fondy-Montgenery CO. Also I need to find two missing children. Norman/Evva first born Norman Roy Oathout (ROY) 8-25-1887/03-27-1919 did young inthe spanish flu he was married to a Grace Wallendahl? They hd a boy and a girl. After Roy's death in 1919 they diappeared. I would sure like to know what happened t our long lost family members!!! If anyone can help or addto my tree I would be so thankful. I have a cousin who has cancer and want to know her family tree...where she comes from...I have tried this forum before and a few people (JILL F.) no one ever has given info. Also can anyone tell me if Mr Jerry Oathout is still doing the genealogy? Thanks Linda O. ** UPDATE ***9/03 i HAVE FOUND THE OOTHOUDT TREE ALL THEY WAY TO 1600. I STILL NEED HELP WITH THE PATTON SIDE & GRACE WALLENDAHL/OATHOUT & HER CHILDREN. aLSO JERRY OOTHOUDT DIED JULY 2003.
