Have been looking using a family tree started by a brother several years ago.Visited Co. Mayo to research Philbin live not much for records due to the turbulent times the Irish Catholics had to endure.Between the Famine and Henry the 8th there are records lost in time one will find.I am slowy begining a search that has one obvious message that being this isn't going to be easy.We have found our German cousins site but no one has spoken German since my grandfather died what he spoke would have probably not been fluent,odds and ins picked up for parents grandparents.This at this time is the largest barrior from contacting the osterbuhr site in Strackhold Germany.Starting a page here is to start putting everything to the seekers eye which is the only way to find all the missing pieces.I have had the blessing already of responses which hits or misses are a great encouragement.New to this and new to the computer I need all the encouragement I can get. So lets get this ball rolling.
