Anton Ozymkowski and Mary Sczuplinski settled in Decator, Illinois, in about 1884. Steve Ozymkowski, one of their eighteen children, was the only one to carry on the family name and he had changed the spelling of the name to Ozenkoski. He moved to St. Louis, Missouri, and married Mary Willer and they had eight children.
