I have been strongly searching and putting together this huge family tree. Some of the branches have been heavy, falling down to the ground filled with names, others have been very light and breezy.

This tree includes Surnames of Shepherd, Kellis, Fuquay, Brooks, Chambers, Balsamo, McNeely, Plumley, Sias, and on the list does go on. If you feel you may be related in anyway, feel free to email me with any information.

Every year The Shepherds hold a family reunion at the Gibsonville Christian Church Fellowship Hall in Gibsonville. It is for the descendants of William Rankin Shepherd, I would like to go beyond him and complete our tree. Right now he seems to be the seed of the Shepherds, he helped sprout 16 branches of his own.

The rest of the family had been hard to get information on but have gotten a big shady tree going. One branch so far goes back to 1480! Help continue this wonderful and amazing tree.
