The Paglialunga family tree is an extensive one. Some of the names that appear in the lineage are Fazolino, Midolo, Dolo, Cultrera, Cannata, Rizza, Alessia, Chiaramida, Casella, Messina, Bagliere, Ristuccia, Grossi, Longo, Corrindia, Landry, Valle and Shields.
It's only a hobby but one day I hope to complete the research. When I have more documentation verified and recorded, I hope to update this website. I also hope to make it available to all of the Paglialunga decendents in a book form binder so that it may be kept or passed onto other generations.
The Paglialunga family information, although not all verified, now dates back to the early 1800's. Prior to that time, the name was recorded as Paglialonga originating in the small Sicilian town of Spacaforno.
Our decendents are originally from Sicily and the Paglialunga name is recorded throughout Italy, United States, Canada, Uraguay, Belgium, and Argentina.
As I make this journey through time, this site will remain under construction for updates.
