I am embarking on a three-fold project which traces the family research of my mother, father, and former husband, Duane Julius Thomas.
My mother's maiden name is Carrie Elizabeth Hill, and she was married on April 15, 1935 to Aron Malone. She was born in Kaufman, Texas on December 22, 1905. She was born to Mrs.Fannie Alpha Lee Daugherty-Hill and Mr. Walter Roy Hil. My mother, Mrs. Carrie Elizabeth Malone died on November 11, 2001 in Dallas,Texas. My father's name is Aron Joshua Polk Smith Malone, and he was born in St Augustine, Texas on April 5,1900 to Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Malone. He died on April 23, 1957 in Dallas, Texas. I am Imani (Elizabeth Ann Malone-Thomas)Pamoja, and I married Duane Julius Thomas on October 22, 1964.
