This page contains information which I have gathered over the last 12 years from sources in the United States, Canada and Europe. The information includes 18 generations including the current generation. I have also collected information on collateral lines and currently have in excess of 11,800 cousins listed in my Family Tree Maker data base.
The introduction of the personal computer and, recently, the use of data bases (including the U.S. Census) has dramatically accelerated the pace at which genealogical research can be performed. In the final analysis, however, nothing substitutes for family oral and written history, and the sharing of information plays a vital function in the research of information not otherwise available through public sources.
The best tools for the genealogist are, however, a love of history and an appreciation for the sacrifices of previous generations that have enabled us to live in this great country. Learn about yourself, your ancestors and your country.
I answer all e-mails and letter which I receive and at any time am usually in contact with several cousins researching related lines.
