My grandmother - Katrazina Pawelski, From Karnew, Russia but Polish.Ship Sailed - Cambroman. Departed Antwerp, Belgium Arrived Ellis Island on May 5, 1907 and was 25 years old. She was married to John Pawelski (logs listed as Jan Pawelsky) from (shows Karniowo)Americans had a hard time with all the different languages back then so hard telling what town they were really from. Arrived at Ellis Island June 29, 1906 at the age of 28. The ship was Pallanza departing Hamburg, Germany. My dad John Pawelski DOB:Sept. 23, 1920 Chicago IL. DOD:Sept. 6, 1986. San Bernardino, California. Sibblings: Stella, Adam. More when I can remember them.
