I have been on numourous sites to find out about my family, But still find it daunting as i cant find some of them to to the fact that they where gypsies, orphaned or immigrated and cannot find any records of them.
I know that one of my ancesters went to australia and his wife and daughter returned, and she remarried to a shoemaker clled saville, but i cant find any records of them going to australia.
Also one of my relatives seems to have been orphaned at a young age comming from reading in berkshire, and that his father was a musician again cant find any records, did they move around or stay in the same place. next is one of my ancestors called joe deal who was left in a church in leigh on sea, as he was a gypsey and got left in a church as he couldnt get out, found the next day and all that the people could get out of him was what sounded like deal, so another ? here. He left over 100 descendants when he died. i have found members of my family from now till about 1880 but am now stuck. I have looked on the census from 1881 and 1901 and now going round churches in my area to see if i can find any more lost relatives.
