Descendants of William Walker Peed of Eureka, CA

Greetings!
I am seeking information on the ancestry and siblings of my grandfather, William Walker Peed, of Eureka CA. He was very active in the timber industry in the early 1900s and was included in the industry publication "Men of Timber".
He was married to MayBelle Walsh, I would guess somewhere around 1909; I do not know whether he grew up in the West Coast area or whether he migrated there from somewhere further east.
He had two children that I know of: a daughter, Margaret I. Peed, born in 1910, and a son, William Frank Peed (my dad), born in 1917.
I am also looking for information on the ancestry of my mother, Jean Frances Maurer; she was born in 1921 in Lamar, Colorado.
