I began my research just for fun. I searched for a genealogical tree on the web and I completed. My parents and my grandparents. After that I want know more about my father's brothers, later about my cousins. Next about my mother's family. Afterward, I can't stop.
Now my family tree, on both sides, are increasing.
This Penn Family have the tradition of celebrate the New Year's Eve together in the Federico Penn's house, one of my uncles.

- Luis H. Penn Sr. (697 KB)
This is my grandfather. He's born circa 1896. He came to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic went he was a little child with his father, mother, brother and sister. Later, he moved to Valdesia, Peravia, where he had a sawmill and some grocery stores. He died in San Cristobal on September 13, 1968.

This is my maternal grandfather. He was born on November 4, 1896 in Santiago, Dominican Republic. He was married with Aminta Abreu. He moved to San Cristobal within Rafael Trujillo's dictatorship. He died on June 28, 1982
- Doņa Candelaria Alvarez (556 KB)
She was my grandmother. She was born in Yaguate, San Cristobal, Dominican Republic. She died on December 13, 1976
