Private, Co. A, 74th Illinois Infantry, Civil War. Remains are
interredin Grave #9254, Section L, Chattanooga National Cemetery, 1200
BaileyAve., Chattanooga, TN. His date of death is shown as May 15, 1864.
Therecord further shows that he was originally buried at Resaca, GA.
'Burbank Record' sent by Eilene Strauss of Harrison, IL. It was
probablywritten by Amanda Burbank Ellis early in the 1900's. 'Ann
(Woodel) Burbank was born Dec. 26, 1809, and died about 1890. Shehad a
family of Woodel children--one, Allen, was killed in the War.'[FINAL COMBINED.GED]
