Looking for any Phalp, Schaer, Kumpe relations. I am trying to put a family tree together and need some help. My mother was adopted and this is all the side of my line I have (father). Any help any suggestions would be appreciated!

Also looking for a sister whom was adopted out on 10/10/67 in Almeda, CA and don't know how to go about trying to find her, or get Medical History to her, very important as our Mother died of Ovarian Cancer young (42) and she needs to know about it or that we want her to know us too!
