COUNTY W.W.1 VET BURIED MONDAY
World War 1 veteran Irwin Gilbert Arnold, 72, was buried at the Danville South Cemetery Monday afternoon. Born in Danville, Mr. Arnold passed away May 12 at the Wells County, Hospital in Bluffton, Ind. He resided in Markle, Ind. He was a retired Indiana Arsenal Plant employee at Charleston,. Survivors include his wife Edna, one daughter, Mrs. Dan Sipos, Indianapolis, and one son Marion Arnold, Huntington, There are seven surviving grandchildren. Services were held Saturday at the Markle Church of Christ and Monday at the Baker Funeral home in Danville.
