Louisa Miller (daughter of Samuel Clarke aka Miller and Mary Phelan) was born 22 April 1865 in Yass New South Wales, and died 24 April 1947 in Broken Hill New South Wales. She married Albert Edward Jenkins on 30 October 1893 in Billabong Station Nangus New South Wales, son of William Henry Jenkins and Amelia Emily Rudd.

Trained as a school teacher. Worked at Adelong then Billabong where she met her future husband Albert Jenkins. She was billeted at his parents property "Billabong". Moved to broken Hill with her parents circa 1886 where she taught at the Alma Public school. Apparently contracted Typhoid late 80s or early 90, when her hair turned white. Returned to Billabong to marry Edward in 1893
