She married Samuel Clarke aka Miller on 7 September 1859 in Presbyterian Church Paddington Sydney New South Wales, son of Joseph Clarke and Elizabeth (Eliza) Westbury.

Irish orphan. Arrived Sydney 21 Nov.1949 on board "William and Mary". Spent 158 days at Hyde Park Barracks in Sydney. The longest time for any of the orphans. WHY? Was she naughty or ugly even?
Eventually sent to depot at Maitland where she was hired out as a servant after three days. No information from the period until her marriage in 1859.

Her father Patrick was described as a carpenter
