Just really getting the ball rolling on the research. I was have trouble connecting my family line to the rest of the tree. I had heard we were from James Duncan Piety but noone I talked Had anything to show my grandfather "Albert Stanley Piety" b. April 9, 1921 Cloister,NJ, or my greatgrandfather "Martin Leo Piety" b. September 3, 1887, Illinois.

What I discovered is Martin's father was listed on-line and in other documents as being a female due to his middle name of "Rose". I am Now with that out of the way I am working to get the entire line in place. Mostly so I can find out who is still alive and where they are. For the longest time I was under the impression my brother was the youngest male in the family, what a relief to find out otherwise.
