Mary is buried in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Woodruff, South Carolina. Her headstone reads,"In Memory of Mary Allen June 20th 1841, in the 66th year of her age." "The eyes of him that hath seen me shall see me no more, thine eyes are upon me and I am not."
