Elizabeth Woodruff Allen is buried in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Woodruff, South Carolina. Her headstone reads, "In memory of Elizabeth Allen, born June 9, 1796, died Oct. 29, 1875. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church for 63 years and died rejoicing in the Savior, she had so long trusted. The poor and needy she never turned away empty. the company of the pious she sought & delighted and has gone home to dwell with the saints forever."
