My name is Amanda Dorothy Pinches b. 1969. I am beginning research for my family tree. Apparently the Pinches family orignated in Shrophshire, England. My grandfather's name was George Arnold Pinches b. 1922 and my father is Wayne Richard Pinches b. 1946. I have a younger brother Morgan Bruce b. 1971 who has three sons, Jesse Thomas b. 2000, Jack Charlie b. 2001 and Jaye Patrick b. 2003 and a younger sister Chantal Leah b. 1979 who has a son Michael Gregory b. 2000. My grandfather's parents were Henry (Harry) Holmes Pinches and Elsie May Whitchurch. Henry's parents were George Crombie Pinches and Elizabeth Agnes Anderson. George Crombie's parents were Thomas Holmes Pinches and Matilda Crombie. If any other Pinches out there think they are related to my family, it would be great to hear from you!
