The McGraths of Rutherglen, Scotland

Updated August 27, 2001

About Our Family Research

From Tyrone, Ireland to Rutherglen, Scotland to Vancouver Island, Canada and everywhere in between. The McGraths of Rutherglen tend to be a prolific bunch. Do you know of an Isabel Devlin or a John McGrath that lived in Tyrone, and Belfast Ireland circa 1860? They had six children Joe Frank James Pat Mary and Barney. Joe Mcgrath(born 1881) was my great, great grandfather. He married Margaret Small(s) and they had 12 children. The eldest was John(1904) and he married my grandmother Bridget McNulty. They had 16 children of which only 14 survived. My Mum, Mary McGrath was born in 1942.
