“I respect and love each one of our ancestors. Each one seemed to have plans to help each other and do better. I can’t say they were poor. They love land holdings and farming. Many pushed west for new adventure. They live by the “Bible” readings taught by their parents. Many became messengers to spread their faith to those who lived in the backwoods”

  Grandpa Manion is the cousin connection that Ethel and I have in commom. She is the great grand daughter of Robert Parris Manion and my husband is his great grandson. Ethel and I have had a great time getting to know the ansectors. Now she is up there talking to them in person and I'm down here still trying to retrace their steps.
