I am researching family histories for the Polinger, Rosen, Brown, and Vogel families, primarily from Metro-Washington, DC and Brooklyn, New York. Some earlier family member surnames were Herscovici and Miller. Ancestors arrived in New York near the beginning of the 1900's and mostly came from Russia or Iasi, Romania although the Vogel's came from Manchester England.
