I currently am researching info on my mother's family names, Jodrey & Corbett, which I seem to be able to find an abundance on. Problem is, I can't find hardly any information on my father's family names, Poole and Brenneman. We can only trace the Poole name back 4 Generations, to a George Poole who came over as an orphan with his brother, street children. His brother passed away on the ship over. George had an aunt or uncle living in England whom he wrote to. He was adopted by an Ontario couple, and took his name Poole back once he turned 18. Any information or suggestions would be a great help in finding out what happened to his family.
