To the best of my knowledge (until proven otherwise) Marrk & Marry Posa of Hoxton Park NSW are thieves. They have consistently failed to address the nature of affairs regarding the divorce and asset settlement of particular parties. Upon an amicable departure of husband & wife in 1998, a promise was made by Danniel Posa to fairly & equally divide the shared estate. Ten years later nothing has eventuated and the particular party at loss has been rendered destitute and helpless. The act of not being honest in this matter is unfair and illegal and the universe has obviously treated this matter as such that it has taken 'life' and will further do so to this family until fair and legal action is administered. To merely ignore someone is criminal. No one ever bothered to address the point that the particular party lost a child and was consequently abandoned by Danniel. However, that is now not the point. To fail in finalising and paying out what is fairly due is the issue. Let it be known that property and contents and vehicles have been stolen off me and until this matter is treated equally let it be known that such draconian peoples fail to act legally. The particular party has no financial 'leg' to persue this matter in a court; therefore the person is powerless because of their criminal activity.
