The Pratt/Hartmann researching has been an extensive time and effort in cemetaries, both in Illinois and Maine. Much time has also been spent in libraries going through county birth, death and marriage record books. We have also had the priviledge of purchasing two books written by local authors regarding the history of Prairie Du Rocher, Illinois that mentioned members of our family. We continue to expand the search range for both families always finding new and interesting facts.
