I was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, November 18, 1952 and moved to California, USA, with my parents the first time when I was nine months old. The family grew, I have four brothers, all born in and around Oakland California. The family returned to Toronto and lived there awhile, then returned to the USA permanently. Unfortunetly, we did not know our Canadian family well, but we were very lucky that our parents kept the family alive and real to us with stories and pictures. As adults, we do comunicate with our Canadian family and some of us on both sides of the boarder have traveled back and forth for viisits. Doing this family research has been very interesting and long and hard, but I was very lucky to get shared information from my cousin Lori Retallick and Uncle (William) Merlyn Prophet (Salatiel Carson Prophet).
