Myrtle Clara Hunt married George William Hunt and they had 11 children. They raised them in Davidson County, North Carolina.
All children were born at home with the help of Dr. Mock, a local family doctor. All children lived to marry and have children of their own except for Henry Hunt. Most of the children and Myrtle and George are buried at the Reeds United Methodist Church.
