New Jersey.
Frances Proctor was born Frances Gano on July 3rd 1929. She worked at several jobs but the hardest one she had was dealing with five children. I know that task was the hardest because I was the youngest one and seen it all. She taught us all alot but the most important thing she taught us is unconditional love. Her parents were Lyman & Adella (Hoffman) Gano of Croton NJ.
