I'm having problems finding information at this point and I'm at a standstill. Any information from relatives is always helpful.
I have everything untill I get to Spain records. A great misconception that might confuse someones serch is my grandfathers name on his birth cert. is Victor Joseph Garcia but everyone knows him as Joe V. Garcia. His side of the family originated from Spain but he was born in West Virginia.
