Julio Giron came to Chicago, IL from Guatemala City, Guatemala in the 1940’s. He met and married Ada Pineda in 1958. They had 7 children which are included in this home page. They started the Libreria Giron Spanish book store on 18th St. in Chicago.
Julio died on February 6, 1979 in Minatitlan , Veracruz, Mexico in a tragic car accident on his way to his native homeland Guatemala.
